We have tried to put things in an easy to use format so that it is quick and easy to find our products and policies here so that we can get some work done keeping things up to date and bringing the latest and greatest deals to you. If we have left out some information we are happy to answer your questions, we just don't have an office full of people to answer the phone, so please take a minute or two to email your questions, send your comments, feedback, complaints, whatever, we always reply - and we never spam! We do not accept phone orders, do not call to order. If you cannot find the information you need on the site and only a phone call will answer your question you may call us at 787-825-6193 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Mon - Fri.

There is a 75% chance that you will reach a machine and not a person because we keep busy, the place is often noisy and frequently no one is near a phone, but if you leave a message we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
